Our Community Referral Process
We want to be as flexible as possible to support everyone in need. To ensure that devices and SIM cards are getting to people who need them, we ask that requests are made by a representative of a local “trusted organisation” who know the beneficiary and can vouch for them, eg someone from a community group, charity, healthcare worker or public body.
Contributing towards your device: With limited funding, our services depend on referees or recipients contributing towards the value of their device where possible. The form below will ask you if and how much you are able to contribute; we will assign you the best device we can for the money. We will continue to offer free devices where we can, supported by those who can contribute.
Finding a referee: If you are an individual looking for a device and don’t have anyone to refer you, please check out our support page for partners who would be happy to discuss your situation with you and act as a referee.
Buying devices: As well as the supported device service, we are also pleased to hear from any organisations or individuals looking to buy a device. We offer eBay-beating prices with local support, and your purchases are helping fund devices for others.
