Our Community Referral Process

We want to be as flexible as possible to support everyone in need. To ensure that devices and SIM cards are getting to people who need them, we ask that requests are made by a representative of a local “trusted organisation” who know the beneficiary and can vouch for them, eg someone from a community group, charity, healthcare worker or public body.

If you are an individual looking for a device and don’t have anyone to refer you, please check out our support page for partners who would be happy to discuss your situation with you and act as a referee.
