Corporate Devices

We are pleased that more than 60% of our devices so far have been donated by corporate or public sector organisations, including long-term agreements which give the programme much-needed stability. We work as flexibly as possible to fit with your security and compliance processes.

Many donors prefer to manage device wiping in-house or via accredited ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) partners, and we can arrange logistics with you. We can also wipe devices in-house via our KillDisk software which offers digital wiping certificates, backed by a robust process and internal audits of each hub. Whilst we aren’t a fully accredited commercial service, many partners find this a useful element of their overall risk assessment.

We are, of course, happy to work with your PR teams to make sure we thank you for your support, share updates on where your devices have gone, or for your team to visit any of our sites to learn more about what we’re doing or even volunteer with us.
