Keep learning any time
- Our support page – check out our listing of local groups who can help you get online, or can refer you for free equipment and data.
- Oxfordshire Libraries – our libraries have free-to-use computers (if you have a library card, your sessions are extended to 2hrs), and many run drop-in sessions with digital helper volunteers. Pop into your local library to see how they can help.
- NHS Digital Cafes – on the first Monday of every month, the Westgate Library in Oxford hosts a Digital Café in partnership with the NHS, for general IT help including helping people with the NHS app
- Astons Online – this community group in South Oxfordshire offer weekly online support open to all on Tuesdays 10-12 (on zoom, Teams or whatever platform suits you) and regular “themed” in-person meetings. You can sign up to their newsletter to stay in touch.
- Donnington Silver Surfers – this group at the Donnington Community Centre run friendly IT support sessions every Tuesday

Can you spare an old device?
To complement this fantastic work helping people build the skills and confidence to thrive online, we’re continuing to offer our device and data service, helping those who can’t afford the kit. If you have any old laptops, tablets or phones you’d be happy to spare, find your local collection point and we’ll refurbish it to pass on to someone in need.
In addition to taking donations, SHARE Oxford are offering their “Tech Rescue” service, helping you either fix problems with your device, or wipe it and prepare to donate to us. You can find out more on their page.
